Guest should plan to arrive by 3:00 PM on Wednesday, July 22.
Departures will be at your leisure anytime on Friday, July 24. Please note that check-out is 11:00 AM.
If flying, The Boca Raton is easily accessible from Ft. Lauderdale, Palm Beach, Miami and Boca Raton airports.
Valet parking is available at the rate of $55 plus tax per day, per vehicle.

You should plan to arrive at the Boca Raton by 3:00 PM on Wednesday, July 22.
Departures should be planned for anytime on Friday, July 24.
◦ What if I am unable to attend the incentive trip this year?
We are sorry that you can't join us for our annual appreciation event. Kindly decline the invitation here.
◦ Are guests invited to any events?
No, the CRC Boca event is invitation only.
◦ Can I share this invitation with co-workers or colleagues?
No. If you feel that someone from your company should be invited, please reach out to Marcia Whisman.
◦ What is the dress code?
All events are resort casual and jeans are welcome.
Resort Casual: Informal and comfortable, yet clean and professional. Examples include jeans, shorts, polo shirts, plain t-shirts, blouses, and sundresses. Practical footwear (no flip-flops) for men, flats, and open-toe sandals for ladies.
Please no athletic wear at company sponsored evening events.
