Hotel Information
Requesting a Hotel Room
A block of hotel rooms has been reserved at W Nashville for the group. To reserve a room, you must submit a hotel request during event registration.
Do not contact the hotel directly to reserve a room.
CRC Benefits will pay for two nights of your hotel room costs. Additional room nights may be available subject to hotel availability.
Upon check-in at the hotel, you will need to provide a personal credit card for any incidental expenses.
If you need to cancel your hotel room, please contact CRC Group Events directly by August 12. We'll do our best to avoid additional fees with the hotel, but you may be billed hotel room charges for canceled rooms or no-shows after August 12.
Travel Information
You should plan to arrive at the W Nashville by 4:00 PM on Wednesday, August 19, 2026.
Departures should be planned for anytime after 2:00 PM on Friday, August 21.
The W Nashville is approximately 15 minutes from Nashville International Airport (BNA).
CRC Benefits Brokers
- CRC Benefits will cover the cost of roundtrip economy airfare to Nashville International Airport (BNA). Following registration, you will receive a separate email from our travel partner, Navan, with a personalized booking link. Through this link, you will be able to select and book your preferred flight itinerary. Please note, you will not be reimbursed for flights not made through our travel partner.
- CRC Benefits will also provide you with an UBER voucher code to use for your airport transfers. Please keep an eye out for this code closer to the event.
CRC Benefits Teammates
- You will be responsible for making your own flight arrangements and airport transfers. Please contact your manager with any questions regarding reimbursements.
Valet parking is $65 plus tax per vehicle, per day. Parking expenses are not covered by CRC Benefits.

- If you wish to extend your stay, the cost will be at your expense and is subject to hotel availability.
Brokers
- CRC Benefits will cover the cost of round-trip economy airfare. Following registration, you will receive a booking link from our travel partner, Navan, to reserve your flights. Airfare booked outside of Navan will not be eligible for reimbursement.

- Please book your airfare and submit for reimbursement through company reimbursement procedure.
