Hotel Information
Requesting a Hotel Room
A block of hotel rooms has been reserved at The Ritz-Carlton Bacara for the group. To reserve a room, you must submit a hotel request during event registration.
Do not contact the hotel directly to reserve a room.
CRC Benefits will pay for 3-nights of your hotel room costs. Additional room nights may be available subject to hotel availability.
Upon check-in at the hotel, you will need to provide a personal credit card for any incidental expenses.
If you need to cancel your hotel room, please contact CRC Group Events directly by April 17. We'll do our best to avoid additional fees with the hotel, but you may be billed hotel room charges for canceled rooms or no-shows after April 17.
Sandpiper Golf Club

The Ritz-Carlton Bacara, Santa Barbara is approximately 10 minutes from Santa Barbara Municipal Airport (SBA) and about 90 minutes from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).
CRC Benefits Brokers
- CRC Benefits will cover the cost of roundtrip economy airfare to Santa Barbara Airport (SBA). You will complete your air travel request during the registration process. Please note, you will not be reimbursed for flights not made through our travel partner.
- CRC Benefits will also provide you with an UBER voucher code to use for your airport transfers. Please keep an eye out for this code in your KBYG (Know Before You Go) email that you will receive closer to the event.
CRC Benefits Teammates
- You will be responsible for making your own flight arrangements and airport transfers. For those CRC Benefits Teammates bringing a guest, you are responsible for their airfare. You will be able to submit the costs of the qualifier airfare through normal expense report procedures. Please contact your manager with any questions regarding reimbursements.
Self-parking is $20 plus tax per vehicle, per day. Valet parking is $70 plus tax per vehicle, per day. Parking expenses are not covered by CRC Benefits.

We hope you make every effort to join us this year. Unfortunately, if you decide not to attend, CRC Benefits is not able to offer a reward in place of the trip. The trip is only offered on program dates, May 14-17, 2026. Please officially decline by clicking the link in your invitation email.
You are allowed to bring one (1) guest to share in your celebration. This guest is defined as your spouse, domestic partner, family member, or friend, who is at least 21 years of age. Please note that you are not allowed to invite another employee as your guest unless they are your spouse, domestic partner, or you are engaged to be married.

No. The 2026 CRC Benefits Summit is invitation only.
You will have the choice of one (1) sponsored activity on Saturday, May 16. Information about each activity can be found on the Event Website. During registration you will make your activity selection for both you and your guest.
Daytime events are resort casual, and jeans are welcome. Evening events are smart casual, with our closing dinner themed “brights and whites.”
Attendees who wish to reserve a room at the hotel will need to submit a hotel request during event registration. Do not contact the hotel directly to reserve a room.
- CRC Benefits will cover the room and tax for three nights, Thursday May 14 through Sunday May 17, 2026.
- If you wish to extend your stay the cost is $519 per night (plus tax and resort fee) and is subject to hotel availability
Brokers
CRC Benefits will cover the cost of round-trip economy class air for you and your guest. In order for airfare to be covered by CRC Benefits, please complete the air request form. CRC Benefits will not cover the cost of airfare not booked outside of our travel partner.
