INSUREtrust’s annual Cyber Summit is tailored specifically for our retail partners. Attendees can look forward to a day and a half of informational sessions from INSUREtrust professionals and our industry-leading carrier and vendor partners along with networking opportunities with industry professionals during our afternoon recreational activities.

Online registration is required for all attendees. Please review this event website and complete your registration by Monday, March 18. A confirmation email will be sent when you have completed and submitted your registration. If you do not receive a confirmation email, your registration was not submitted properly.

Chicago Baseball Tour

Guests will experience the beauty, charm and historic features fans have come to know and love, all while learning how Wrigley Field has captivated baseball fans for more than 100 years. Along with learning key history facts, the group will be shown around Gallagher Way. 

Architecture River Cruise

Cruise along the Chicago River! This is the most popular tourist activity in Chicago for good reason. Lead by Chicago architectural docents, this 90 - minute cruise covers a great history of Chicago and the beautiful skyline on the riverfront. Once the tour ends, guests can enjoy the Chicago Architectural Center at their leisure.

Chicago Brewery Tour

The resurgence of craft beer is here, and Chicago’s beer scene is renowned as one of the best in the country! Guests will board the famous Barrel Bus for a guided tasting of varietals at two breweries and touring one brewing production facility, enjoying the distinctive qualities of Chicago craft brewing while reveling in the artistic triumphs of this charming and historic city.

Requesting a Hotel Room

A block of hotel rooms has been reserved at the Loews Chicago Hotel (455 North Park Drive, Chicago, IL 60611) for the group. To reserve a room, you must submit a hotel request during event registration.

Do not contact the hotel directly to reserve a room.

Payment of the room charges, tax, and incidentals is your responsibility, and you must provide a credit card upon check-in. The discounted room rate is $229/night plus taxes, and resort fees. To receive the discounted rate, please submit a hotel request during the registration process.

If you need to cancel your hotel room, please contact Megan Stoner directly by Wednesday, April 16, 2025. We'll do our best to avoid additional fees with the hotel, but you may be billed hotel room charges for canceled rooms after Wednesday, April 16, 2025, or no-shows.

Travel

Arrivals should be scheduled to land at Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD) or Midway Airport (MDW) on Wednesday, April 23, 2025. Flights should be booked to arrive early afternoon.

If driving to the event, plan to arrive by 2:30 p.m. Parking at Ogden Parking Garage is $59/night for self-parking or $78/night for valet. 

Departures should be planned for any time on Friday, April 25, 2025.

Travel arrangements are the responsibility of the individual.

Loews Chicago is thirty minutes from Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD) and Midway Airport (MDW). Attendees are responsible for coordinating their ground transportation to the hotel, and transportation options from the airport to the hotel include:

  • Uber and Lyft pick-up locations are available at each terminal in designated locations. These are usually the most economical choices. The apps should be downloaded in advance and require a credit card.
  • Taxis are available curbside at each terminal. Services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Can I make modifications to my registration once I have completed it?

Yes. Once you have registered, use the link and the code within the registration confirmation email to modify your registration until the registration deadline.

Are guests invited to any events?

Due to space constraints, attendees are not permitted to bring guests to organized business functions or meals, however, adult guests (over age 21) are welcome to stay in your guestroom to enjoy the destination on their own. Names of any additional guests should be provided during the registration process so we can account for them in the event of an emergency.
