CRC Specialty’s Annual Cyber Summit hosted by the INSUREtrust team brings together our valued retail partners for an interactive, insight-packed experience. Over the course of a day and a half, attendees will gain valuable knowledge from CRC Specialty brokers, industry-leading carriers, and vendor partners through engaging sessions and collaborative discussions. The Cyber Summit also features dedicated networking opportunities, including afternoon recreational activities, designed to spark meaningful connections and fresh ideas.
Online registration is required for all attendees. Please review the event details and complete your registration by Monday, April 6, 2026. Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email verifying your registration. If you do not receive confirmation, your registration was not successfully submitted.

Requesting a Hotel Room
A block of hotel rooms has been reserved at the Omni Austin Hotel Downtown (700 San Jacinto at 8th St, Austin, TX 78701) for the group. To reserve a hotel room, please call the hotel or book online directly through the Omni Austin Hotel Downtown website.
Do not contact the hotel directly to reserve a room.
Payment of the room charges, tax, and incidentals is your responsibility, and a credit card is required at the time of booking. The discounted room rate is $309/night plus taxes and resort fees. To receive the discounted rate, please use the reservation link.
You can view, modify, or cancel your reservation using the link in your hotel confirmation email or call the hotel at 512-476-3700. If you have questions about your reservation, please reach out to Courtney Meyer directly. Please note that cancellations within 72 hours of check-in or no-shows will result in hotel charges.

Arrivals should be scheduled to land at Austin Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) on Wednesday, April 15, 2026. Flights should be booked to arrive early afternoon.
If driving to the event, plan to arrive by 1:00 pm. Parking at Omni Austin Hotel Downtown is $59/night for valet.
Departures should be planned for any time on Friday, April 17, 2026.

Omni Austin Hotel Downtown is twenty minutes from Austin Bergstrom International Airport (AUS). Attendees are responsible for coordinating their ground transportation to the hotel, and transportation options from the airport to the hotel include:
- Uber and Lyft pick-up locations are available at each terminal in designated locations. These are usually the most economical choices. The apps should be downloaded in advance and require a credit card.
- Taxis are available curbside at each terminal. Services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Yes. Once you have registered, use the link and the code within the registration confirmation email to modify your registration until the registration deadline. Registration deadline is Monday, April 6, 2026.
Due to space constraints, attendees are not permitted to bring guests to organized business functions or meals, however, adult guests (over age 21) are welcome to stay in your guestroom to enjoy the destination on their own. Names of any additional guests should be provided during the registration process so we can account for them in the event of an emergency.
