You should plan to arrive at the JW Nashville by 11:30 AM on Wednesday, November 11, 2026.
Departures should be planned for anytime on Friday, November 13, 2026.
The JW Nashville is approximately 15 minutes from Nashville International Airport (BNA).
You will be responsible for making your own flight arrangements and airport transfers. .
Valet parking is $66 plus tax per vehicle, per day. Parking expenses are not covered by CRC.

This is an invite only event and guests should not attend.
Business casual for all meetings and dinners; nice jeans are acceptable.
