Hotel Information

Requesting a Hotel Room

A block of hotel rooms has been reserved at the Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island for the group. To reserve a room, you must submit a hotel request during event registration.

Do not contact the hotel directly to reserve a room.

CRC Group will pay for 3-nights of your hotel room costs. Additional room nights may be available subject to hotel availability. 

Upon check-in at the hotel, you will need to provide a personal credit card for any incidental expenses.

If you need to cancel your hotel room, please contact CRC Group Events directly by April 1. We'll do our best to avoid additional fees with the hotel, but you may be billed hotel room charges for canceled rooms or no-shows after April 1.

Travel Information 

Arrivals should be scheduled to land at the Jacksonville Airport (JAX) on Monday, May 5 by 4:00 p.m.

• If driving to the event, plan to arrive at the Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island by 4:00 p.m. on Monday, May 5.

Departures should be planned for anytime on Thursday, May 8.

The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island is about 30-minutes from Jacksonville Airport (JAX). Please plan to use a Rideshare service upon arrival. Group transportation will be provided for departures. Shuttle times TBD.

Valet parking is available at the rate of $40 plus tax per day, per vehicle.

◦ When should I plan to arrive and depart?

Arrivals should be scheduled to land at Jacksonville Airport (JAX) on Monday, May 5, 2025, by 4:00 p.m.

◦ What if I am unable to attend the incentive trip this year?

We hope you make every effort to join us this year. Unfortunately, if you decide not to attend, CRC Group is not able to offer a reward in place of the trip. The trip is only offered on program dates, May 5 – May 8, 2025. Please officially decline by clicking the link in your invitation email.

 

◦ Are guests invited to any events?

You are allowed to bring one (1) guest to share in your celebration. This guest is defined as your spouse, domestic partner, family member, or friend, who is at least 21 years of age. If you are bringing a colleague as a guest, please keep in mind that only one hotel room will be provided per invitation. Seperate rooms will not be available. Guests will be included in all company sponsored events and activities.

 

◦ May I bring additional guests or children under the age of 21?

No. Additional guests or children under the age of 21 are not allowed to attend.

 

◦ Can I share this invitation with coworkers and colleagues?

No. Top Performer is by invitation only.

 

◦ Activity Information

You will have the choice of one (1) sponsored activity on Tuesday, May 6 AND Wednesday, May 7. Information about each activity can be found on the Visit Event Website. During registration you will make your activity selection for both you and your guest. Some activities will have limited availability and are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Waitlists will be offered but not guaranteed. 

 

◦ What is the dress code?

All events are resort casual and jeans are welcome.

Resort Casual: Informal and comfortable, yet clean and professional. Examples include jeans, shorts, polo shirts, plain t-shirts, blouses, and sundresses. Practical footwear (no flip-flops) for men, flats, and open-toe sandals for ladies.

Please no athletic wear at company sponsored evening events. 

 

◦ How do I book and pay for my hotel room?

Attendees who wish to reserve a room at the hotel will need to submit a hotel request during event registration. Do not contact the hotel directly to reserve a room.

• CRC Group will cover the room and tax for three nights, Monday, May 5 to Thursday, May 8, 2025
• If you wish to extend your stay the cost is $449 per night (plus tax and resort fee) and is subject to hotel availability

 

◦ How do I book my airfare?

You are responsible for making your own travel arrangements and submitting them for reimbursement through company expense report procedures. 

 

◦ How will I get from the airport to the hotel?

Uber, Lyft, taxis, and rental cars are all available at Jacksonville Airport (JAX)
 

CRC Group will be providing shuttle service between the Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island and Jacksonville Airport (JAX). Shuttle times TBD.
